ADULT FITNESS (15 yrs +)
Dynamic Fitness - Monday 9:15-10:15 AM & 6:30-7:30 PM
Challenge both your cardiovascular and muscular endurance in this high intensity exercise class. Each class is
formatted to boost your heart and metabolic rate by fusing body weight training with classic resistance
training. Experience energizing intervals at their finest and reap the benefits of strength and cardio all in one
Body Blast - Tuesday 9:15-10:15 AM & 7-8 PM
This total body conditioning class will target all components of your physical fitness! From muscular endurance to core stability this strength & conditioning based class uses a variety of exercise equipment to challenge your entire body without the tedious and boring routine of the health club. From dumbbells to battle ropes this high energy, highly motivating fitness class will provide you an intense workout in a fun setting!
Dynamic Combat - Wednesday 9:15-10:15 AM & 6:30-7:30 PM
This class will challenge your inner warrior as well as your fitness level! By using the latest training techniques in mixed martial arts and self-defense in a group exercise setting, this class will teach you how to fight anything anywhere and at any time. Condition your body and your mind to be in top shape to take on any battle whether it’s the fight against illness or an actual attacker! (Striking gloves are required.)
Warrior Fitness - Thursday 9:15-10:15 AM & 7-8 PM
Focus' newest innovative adult fitness class that will take your fitness level to new heights by changing every four weeks and utilizing a multitude of the hottest fitness equipment in the industry. This class is based off of the newest warrior fitness trends, such as The Warrior Dash, and is designed to primarily target your physical strength but will challenge other aspects of your physical fitness to give you an overall workout that will keep you coming back for more.
Bag Slam - Friday 9:15-10:15 AM & 6:30-7:30 PM
This Focus Fitness classic gives our original Cardio Kickboxing class a new MMA feel. Striking, punching, kicking and slamming are the center of this high energy class, but you will be challenged in all dimensions of your physical wellness! The exhilarating atmosphere alone will get your heart pounding! Come release your inner fitness warrior and experience a fitness class unlike any other! You don't need to be a martial artist, all you need is a desire to get fit, get stronger and have some serious fun! Get Ready to Slam! (Striking gloves are required.)
Body Fusion - Saturday 7:30-8:30 AM
Challenge your physical fitness in a variety of different ways where no rules apply! This class will utilize all the
components of fitness in a format that will be constantly changing and never mundane. Body Fusion will show
you that using a variety of equipment such as Bosu Balls, resistance bands, or dumbbells can be great to improve
your physical strength, but also show you that sometimes there is no equipment necessary! The beauty of Body
Fusion is that one day you might be getting a high intensity cardiovascular workout, while the next day you are
pushing your muscular strength to a whole new level! Equipment or not, this class will be sure to give you a
workout to start your weekend off right.

FAST (7-12 yrs) - Tuesday & Thursday 5-6 PM & Saturday 11:30-12:30 PM
Sports fitness training designed for young athletes. This high energy, fun, effective and age appropriate exercise class uses techniques that will improve your young athlete at all levels! By targeting power, speed, agility, strength and flexibility, and by using martial arts and kickboxing as cross-training, each child will have a better
opportunity to reach his/her maximum performance in their respective sport with less chance of injury and a
lot of fun! Watch your child’s confidence soar as he/she experiences personal growth on a weekly basis! (All
participants will need a proper pair of martial arts gloves to participate in this program).
FAST Accelerated (13-18 yrs) - Tuesday 6-7 PM, Wednesday & Friday 5:30-6:30 PM
FAST Accelerated is sports fitness training designed for pre-teen athletes. This high-energy, age-appropriate,
intensity-effective class will give your child the challenge they need to continuously im-prove their fitness level
and sport performance. FAST Accelerated targets power, speed, agility, strength, and endurance by utilizing a
variety of different modalities of fitness to ensure your child reaches their maximum performance level with less
chance of injury and a lot of fun! Try it today! (Martial arts gloves are required for this class)

YOGA FITNESS (15 yrs +)
Monday 10:30-11:45 AM, Thursday 10:30-11:45 AM, Friday 10:30-11:30 AM
Come experience the art of a Yoga program constructed unlike any other. By fusing a variety of different
formats, you will be challenged in ways your body and mind will thank you for. This program fuses formats such
as Bikram Yoga, or Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Bikram utilizes higher temperatures to
promote more flexibility, detoxification, and prevention of injuries. Vinyasa and Power Yoga, which focus on
coordination of breath and movement in a very physically active way, will challenge your flexibility, strength,
balance, and endurance. Yin Yoga and guided meditation will put the class to an end by working the connective
tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones with their postures’ passive nature. All in all, you will received
an extremely comprehensive, 75-minute, workout that will allow you to become stronger physically and
emotionally because yoga makes you more peaceful, calm, patient, and confident.

 As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and with a Master' degree in Exercise Psychology, Shannon will work 1on1
 with you to help you achieve a healthier level of fitness by first establishing, via Functional Movement Screening,
 what your body needs to be able to move efficiently and effectively. By utilizing innovative and creative ways of
 training she will then push your body to become the best it can be, physically, and will also introduce you to
 techniques that
strengthen your mind as well. With a strong body and a confident mind, you can be unstoppable.
