Tiffany Spaw has been training with Focus since 2002 and is currently a Shodan. Mrs. Spaw works with the Little Ninja, PeeWee, NISRA and youth students at the dojo and after school programs. "I enjoy watching the kids grow and overcome obstacles. It is both humbling and an inspiration to see them work hard to achieve things", she says of her teaching.
   Tiffany has been married for over 19 years and has 2 children. Her husband and children have all trained and competed with the Focus Competition Team. She feels that though Karate is an individual art, having her family involved has helped them all support each other by knowing the difficulties, obstacles and successes. When she isn't training or teaching, Tiffany likes to read and write. She also works on a ministry through her church she founded to address the healing needs of survivors of rape, incest and violence through scripture, sharing and self-defense training.
